Founder

Jason Harris founded Threshold Hospitality Group after three decades of operating, building, repositioning, and leading hospitality businesses.

His career has crossed branded and independent hotels, extended stay and full service, development and transition, commercial strategy, organizational leadership, and hotel investment.

Those experiences produced a simple conviction: the strongest hospitality businesses are built when people, performance, and purpose move in the same direction.

Threshold was created to do exactly that. Not at maximum scale. At the scale where stewardship still matters.
